"I cook with my heart"

The cook book "I cook with my heart" is fresh off the press! The chef Jean Claude Altmeyer and I hosted a press conference in his kitchen at the famous five star restaurant "La Mirande"! It was wonderful event and the chef honored each copy by burning the last recipe of the book.. the "lost recipe"! ​He tells the stories in the book with such energy and prepared "smoked hearts" in his beautiful Provençal kitchen  for all of the journalists.
